Quick-Form Meat Extruder

Finally!  A quick and easy way to produce uniformed snack sticks and chopped and formed jerky in large quantities without the hassle and expense of casings.  The Quick-Form meat extruder system is easy to operate and works with most commercial stuffers.

The Quick-Form system will save you enough money on casings alone to cover the cost of the purchase price in just the first 1200 lbs. of meat product, not considering the time and waste involved in stuffing casings.  No more buying expensive casings and looping them over smoker sticks.  And no more placing product on paper then transferring it to racks.  With the Quick-Form system the product is placed directly on smoker racks.

Save Time and Money

Quick-Form Meat extruder makes snack size and jerky size products with ease!

The Quick-Form system comes with an attaching horn, connecting hose, clamps and distribution box with two interchanging extrusion plates, one for snack sticks and one for jerky.  Other sizes of plates can been made at an additional cost.  Here are just a few advantages of the Quick-Form meat extruder system compared to other ways snack products can be produced :

bulletCompletely remote, attaches to stuffer in any location.
bulletNo casing or paper expense.
bulletSimple to use, no complex parts.
bulletEasy to clean, made of TIVAR® 1000 plastic & stainless steel, USDA approved.
bulletMultiple openings create 3 rows of jerky and 5 rows of snack sticks.
*Patent Pending

    Made in the USA

Includes the above pieces, plus the vinyl hose.  The holes on the snack stick plate are equivalent to 21 mm casings.  The jerky plate slots measure 1 1/2 inches wide and 13/64 inch thick.  Extruder plates are interchangeable and held together with two stainless steel bolts.

How fast meat comes out depends on your stuffer settings.  There is no off/on switch on the extruder, that is controlled from your stuffer.  Meat that has had salt added and mechanically worked will produce protein which acts as a binder.  It will also make a coating on the outside of the extruded meat , leaving the product in a ready to cook or smoke state.

Quick-Form is manufactured at our shop, Macon Precision Machining.  It is currently being used by Special D Meats and other area meat processors across the United States.
